HOW TO RECEIVE MEDICAL EXAMINATION
SSK, Retired Pension Fund, Bağ-Kur (Social Security for Self-Employed), and Civil Servants can receive healthcare services at our hospital without paying any additional examination fee. The necessary information and documents for medical examination are as follows:
Patients with SSK (Social Security Institution) coverage:
Please bring your ID card with your Turkish Citizenship ID Number. If you are insured abroad, you will need to obtain a referral letter from the SSK Provincial Directorate. If you are insured under agricultural insurance, please ensure timely payment of your insurance premiums during the examination provision process to prevent any disruption.
Patients with Bağ-Kur (Self-Employed Social Security) coverage:
If you are a retired Bağ-Kur member, bring your ID card with your Turkish Citizenship ID Number. If you are making Bağ-Kur contributions, make sure to get your visa on time to avoid any issues during the examination provision process.
Patients with Civil Servants' coverage:
Please bring your ID card with your Turkish Citizenship ID Number.
Patients without any coverage:
If you don't have any health coverage, please bring your ID card with your Turkish Citizenship ID Number.
Patients with Private Health Insurance:
Bring your health insurance membership card and your ID card with your Turkish Citizenship ID Number.
Working Civil Servants:
Civil servants within municipal boundaries and contiguous areas can visit our hospital with the patient examination request form they receive from their institutions. Civil servants working outside municipal boundaries and contiguous areas can get a referral by specifying the province and the name of the polyclinic where they will be examined at the primary healthcare facility in their area. Don't forget to include the institution registration number on your referral letter and have it signed by the institution authority.
Dependents of Civil Servants:
Those responsible for civil servants can have a medical examination at our hospital with a document indicating the last workplace of the civil servant, along with their ID card with their Turkish Citizenship ID Number. When you apply with the necessary documents, please register at the patient admission department. After registration, wait to be called from the polyclinic where you will have your examination with the barcode provided to you. Providing accurate and complete address and contact information to registration staff is important for delivering better service and feedback.
