Dr. Hicran KANAT was born in Amasya in 1977. She completed her primary and secondary education at Sakarya Elementary School, and her high school education at Ankara Dikmen High School.

In 1993, she started her medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1999. In 2005, she obtained her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Mersin University Faculty of Medicine, ranking 2nd in her class.
