Dr. Alper ELBİR was born in Van in 1986. He completed his primary education at Hüseyin Sümer Elementary School and his high school education at Milli Piyango Anatolian High School.

In 2004, he started his medical education at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2010. In 2016, he obtained his specialization in Internal Medicine from Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine.
